The apartment is located in a complex consisting of 6 housing units, embraced by a cozy garden. The complex is located in the green belt of the municipality of Valledoria.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor, outside there is a large veranda overlooking the quiet and private garden that allows for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. It consists of a large and bright living room (with sofa bed (1/2 seats), dining table (4 seats), TV, a small kitchenette (with 4 gas stove, fridge with small freezer, oven), double bedroom, bathroom (with shower, bidet, washing machine and hair dryer).
The apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a pleasant and cozy vacation.
